WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Items will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of purchase. All orders are sent via next-day service, so will arrive by close of business the day after they’re dispatched. Deliveries to outlying or remote area’s may take longer, and we encourage customers to track their parcels progress directly with the courier service.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to our courier partner's portal. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress in real-time.

HOW DO I GET A VALUATION CERTIFICATE?
You can email hello@swoon.co.za and request one. You will need to email us your original invoice.

WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?
We want your ring to fit perfectly. Please refer to our Ring Sizing Guide before purchasing. If you do happen to order the incorrect size, please contact us at hello@swoon.co.za to review possible options.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NATURAL & LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS?
Both are chemically, physically, and optically identical. The only difference is their origin - one is mined from the earth, and the other is grown in a controlled laboratory environment. Lab-grown diamonds offer incredible value and are a wonderful, ethical choice for modern jewellery.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
To keep your pieces sparkling, we recommend removing them before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions. For more details, see our Jewellery Care page.

DOES SWOON JEWELLERY DELIVER COUNTRYWIDE?
Yes, we delivery anywhere in South Africa, free of charge.

IS DELIVERY FREE?
Yes our delivery is free, but returns are charged or up to the customer to organise.

DOES SWOON JEWELLERY OFFER LAY-BYES?
Unfortunately, we do not at this stage.

CAN I BUY A SWOON GIFT VOUCHER?
Unfortunately, not at this stage.
